FAIRPLAY / CRICKET

Install the Fairplay Cricket Web App on Android, iPhone and Desktop.

A practical, browser-based way to add the Fairplay cricket information portal to an Android Home screen, iPhone Home Screen or desktop, without downloading an APK or assuming an install prompt will appear.

Install the browser app, not an Android APK

Fairplay can be added from Chrome as a browser-installed web app. It gives you an app icon and opens the Fairplay cricket information portal in its own app-style window or shortcut experience, depending on your device and browser. The site manifest identifies the app as Fairplay, supplies its icons and requests standalone display, so the installed entry is designed to feel separate from an ordinary tab.

This is not an Android APK download, an installer package or a request to change phone security settings. Do not look for an APK on this site and do not install a file from an unrelated page that uses a similar name. Adding the web app also does not change Chrome's startup pages, create a working account, grant camera or microphone access, execute a bet, or prove that a registration or login screen completes an account action.

Use the primary domain only: fairplay-analysis1.online. This Fairplay cricket publication does not claim affiliation with similarly named sites. Treat matching names on other domains as separate services.

  • A web app is added through your browser; it is not an APK package.
  • Installation creates a convenient launch point, not a new account or permission grant.
  • Live updates still need an internet connection; this guide makes no offline-use promise.

Before you add Fairplay to a device

Open the primary domain in the browser you want to use, then confirm that you are on the intended site before installing. The shortcut is only as useful as its destination: start at the home page, then explore Live Score, Fair Play Rates or the explanatory How Fairplay works guide after the icon is created.

The install suggestion is optional and browser-managed. On Android and desktop it appears only when Chrome makes installation available, after the page has finished loading and remained visible for eight seconds. It stays hidden when the app is already open in standalone view. A dismissal is remembered for the session and, when local storage is available, for 30 days. The browser menu can still work when the suggestion does not.

If the site panel appears, a native install request is opened only after you deliberately select its install control. Chrome, not the page, controls the confirmation window and whether installation is allowed. The panel is not a persistent install button, so use the Chrome menu instructions below whenever it does not appear.

Install on Android with Chrome

On Android, open Fairplay in Chrome and open Chrome's three-dot menu. Choose Install and create shortcut, then choose Install and confirm the browser's prompt. Some Chrome versions present the route as Add to Home screen instead. After confirmation, use the resulting icon or Home screen shortcut to reopen the portal. These menu steps are documented in Google Chrome's Android web-app help.

The wording and final icon placement can vary by Chrome version, Android launcher and device settings. That is normal: the browser and operating system decide where to show the shortcut. If you cannot find it, check the Home screen and app list, then return to Chrome's menu rather than downloading a purported Fairplay APK.

To remove the installed entry on Android, Google documents the standard route as Settings → Apps → See all apps → [app name] → Uninstall. Your device maker may label nearby settings differently, but the web-app removal uses the normal Android app-management controls.

  • Open Fairplay in Chrome, not in an unverified browser wrapper.
  • Three dots → Install and create shortcut → Install.
  • If the label is different, look for Add to Home screen.
  • Use Android Settings to uninstall; do not search for an APK remover.

Add Fairplay to an iPhone or iPad Home Screen

On iPhone or iPad, open the site in Chrome, tap Share beside Chrome's address bar, choose Add to Home Screen, review the name and icon, and tap Add. Chrome's iOS help describes this as a manual Share-menu flow. It is the reliable route for creating a Fairplay Home Screen icon on iOS. See Google's iPhone and iPad shortcut instructions.

The site does not use the JavaScript install window on iPhone or iPad. Its current helper gives the Share → Add to Home Screen directions in Chrome on iOS when the optional prompt is eligible; it does not show that helper in every iOS browser. Therefore, wait for neither a desktop-style install icon nor an automatic confirmation dialog: use the Share control yourself.

Once added, tap the new icon to return to Fairplay. If it is not where you expect, use iOS search or review your Home Screen pages. You can remove the Home Screen icon using the ordinary iOS app-icon removal controls; that action removes the shortcut rather than granting or revoking a website account.

Install on a desktop with Chrome

In desktop Chrome, open the primary Fairplay domain, select Chrome's three-dot menu, then choose Cast, save, and share → Install page as app. Follow Chrome's on-screen confirmation. Chrome may also show an install icon beside the address bar, but that icon is not guaranteed, so the menu is the dependable alternative. Google documents the route in desktop Chrome web-app help.

After installation, open Fairplay from its icon or the operating system's application location. The location depends on your system and Chrome profile. It is a direct route to the [home page](/) and cricket live-score checking guidance, not an offline copy or a guarantee that displayed information is current.

To remove it later, use the installed app's menu or your operating system's normal app or shortcut controls. If it still opens, check Chrome's installed-app management for that profile.

Reopen, update and use the installed portal carefully

Use the installed icon as a direct route to Fairplay, not as a separate data service. Open Live Score for returned match-state information, Fair Play Rates for available market displays, and how Fairplay works for the portal's scope.

Website updates arrive when you reconnect and reopen; there is no separate APK update file. Internet is required for live updates, so refresh with a connection if a score, rate or guide page appears old.

Score and guide browsing does not need camera or microphone access. If the browser asks for either permission, approve it only for an action you intentionally started and manage it in browser or device settings.

Troubleshoot a missing install prompt or icon

First, use the Chrome menu route for your device. A missing site popup or address-bar icon does not by itself mean the portal cannot be installed. Chrome determines eligibility and may not expose a native install option in every browser, profile or managed-device configuration. On Android and desktop, the site's own panel only becomes possible after Chrome provides an install event; on iOS, use Share → Add to Home Screen instead.

Next, make sure the page is visible and not already open as an installed standalone app. A prior dismissal can suppress the optional suggestion for a while. These checks cannot override browser policy or device management.

On a work, school or family-managed device, administrator controls may hide installation, app-management or permission options. That is a device-policy question, not a Fairplay error. Ask the device administrator about the restriction rather than attempting to bypass it. If Chrome's menu also lacks the documented choice after these checks, continue using the site in a normal browser tab.

  • Use Chrome's menu even if no popup or address-bar icon is visible.
  • On iPhone and iPad, use Share → Add to Home Screen.
  • A previously dismissed site suggestion can stay hidden for a period.
  • Managed-device rules can prevent installation or app changes.

A short post-install checklist

Open the new icon and confirm it returns to the Fairplay domain. Start with the [home page](/), then use the live-score desk, rates page or guides for their specific purposes; the shortcut is not a promise about data coverage or outcomes.

If you decide not to keep the icon, remove it with your device's normal app or shortcut controls. That is reversible and does not require an account. For background on the portal and its cricket-information focus, see About Fairplay.

Questions, answered

Is the Fairplay web app an Android APK?

No. This guide describes Chrome's browser-based web-app installation, which adds an app icon or shortcut. It does not provide, download or require an Android APK package.

Why did I not see an Install Fairplay popup?

The suggestion depends on Chrome making installation available, a visible page and an eight-second delay after loading. A recent dismissal or an already-installed standalone app can keep it hidden. Use Chrome's menu route instead.

How do I add Fairplay to an iPhone Home Screen?

Open Fairplay in Chrome, tap Share beside the address bar, select Add to Home Screen, review the name and icon, then tap Add. iPhone and iPad use this manual flow rather than the site's JavaScript install window.

Does installing Fairplay make scores available offline?

No offline promise is established. The site installation guidance states that internet is required for live updates, so reconnect and reopen the portal when current score, rate or guide information matters.

Does installation create an account or allow betting?

No. Adding a web-app icon does not create a working account, confirm that the design-only login or registration interface completes authentication, grant camera or microphone access, or execute a bet. It is only a browser installation of the information portal.
